FAQ

What are the system requirements for PRO-TECH v7?

Computer/Processor:

  • Pentium dual core 2.0 GHz or better recommended
  • Pentium 4 2.0 GHz minimum

Operating System:

  • WIndows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003.2008
  • 32 or 64 bit

Memory:

  • At least 2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)

Hard Disk

  • At least 100 GB of free Hardware drive space for the entire server
Will PRO-TECH v7 work on a MAC?

No. PRO-TECH v7 will only work under a Windows OS. If the MAC you are using has Windows installed on it as a 2nd OS, then PRO-TECH v7should work on it.

Will PRO-TECH v7 work on Windows Vista?

Trade magazines are not recommending buying Windows Vista unless service pack 1 is installed. We have, however, tested PRO-TECH v7 on Vista / Windows 2008 and it functions fine.
